Bullitt on Inner Hebrides 2012.

Thought I would throw in a few photos of the Scotland trip to give some of you the flavour of what cycle touring is like and the kit I use. This kind of set-up is not for everyone but I like it because the weight is low down, the dog can sit on the bags and lots of people point at me smiling. At least they are smiling!

The next one is of my son Jonathan who joined me on the Isle of Arron. This was a down hill stretch. I had to push it up the previous uphill section while my son just cycled up with no bother. Also I lost Max who decided walking by me was less fun that chasing a large ram over the Highlands for an hour!

Arron is renown for their friendly deer as shown in this photo seconds before Max decided to chase it for half a mile. He was younger then. Now that he is older he uses a crossbow which makes life a lot simpler for me.
