David May begins cutting his roof garden.

After all the work – nearly a month – to build the roof garden for customers to sit, David has to take it down for a safe sea trip. The chainsaw played up and David hurt his back during the process. But the timber has to come down so he is going back to do his bit with the help of daughter and friend. Bad back or no, that timber has to come down! If you want to visit the Big Blue Barge it is going to Plymouth and will be fitted out for April 2017; Mark Tam is running his business from the Barge – called – Catch 22. Great sea food. Mark and Sam will soon become everyday names known throughout the South West so pay it a visit if you can book a table.
